Glory has acted as my realtor in the purchase and/or sale of 4 or 5 homes over almost 15 years. In all cases she has performed in an outstanding fashion, usually obtaining a transaction well within my desired range that I set for her, and always within record time. On one transaction she was able to obtain me three full price offers within 24 hours of signing a contract. Because of my profession in the oil and gas industry, which has included numerous move and transfers, we have owned 17 separate homes and several rental properties over the last 45 years and therefore have become fairly knowledgeable of the real estate business. Because of this activity level we have known and have interacted with numerous realtors through the years. I rate Glory at the top of that list by far.

From the moment Glory entered our home, we knew we had found our realtor! She was very warm and personable but very professional at the same time. She thought that our home was ready to sell but offered tips regarding furniture placement that I had never thought of! Our home was only listed for a few weeks and during that time period, we had open houses every weekend, showings every week and multiple offers which is rare for a home in price range in which our home was listed. Glory helped us find our first home. She is very personable and really understood what we were looking for in our first purchase of the home. She not only considers the home for potential buyers but looks at the overall value of the area and schools and taxes and most importantly the price that fits your needs. Choosing a good real estate agent takes time. Glory was instrumental in the sale of my house. After sitting on the market for several months with another very competent realtor, I signed with Glory who stepped up the game and brought a bit more to the table. If you tell Glory and her team that you really want a certain property, they go above and beyond the normal call of duty to get you what you want. I'm lucky to have had her and her team help my fiancé and I purchase our first home. If we didn't understand something or had questions about anything, they were willing to sit down and explain everything in detail which helps quite a bit since home buying is a stressful venture.
